Our Story
Our roots trace back to 2006, when our founders began working within the Qatari power sector as part of M/S QAPEX W.L.L. With decades of specialized experience within Kahramaa's Transmission and Distribution system, we have evolved into Qatar's specialist power system protection firm.
As Qatar’s infrastructure ambitions grew, we formed PACS in 2019 as an independent company to provide focused, high-integrity engineering. Our team is anchored by Kahramaa-licensed protection engineers who bring deep expertise across EHV, HV, MV and LV networks.
Today, we serve clients across Qatar and the wider GCC with a singular focus: ensuring that every relay trips when it should, every protection scheme coordinates correctly, and every substation energizes safely.

Our organization is led by Eng. K.B. Shareef, a veteran with 38 years of specialized experience within Kahramaa’s Transmission and Distribution system. Supported by a senior team of Kahramaa-licensed protection engineers (P1, P2, and P3), we provide a collective multidecadal experience across EHV, HV, MV and LV networks. This technical leadership ensures that every engineering strategy we deliver is built on a foundation of grid-level authority and regulatory compliance.
